The Extended Stay Deluxe—Denver/Aurora has once again been chosen as our CI hotel. We wholeheartedly suggest that your team make this your hotel for the CI weekend. The rates (posted below) and accommodations are especially ideal for groups. The bigger rooms have the capability of holding 4 to 6 guests (2 double beds & pullout couch) while each room is equipped with a full size refrigerator and kitchen area (good for snacks, meals in, or meal leftovers). The Extended Stay Deluxe is also located in close proximity to several good restaurants and the Aurora Mall (with food court). The hotel is newly renovated and is very comfortable. Group meeting areas are available as well as a continental breakfast. The Extended Stay Deluxe is about 20 min from the airport and about 10-12 min from the church.

Please make reservations by the last week of January. When you make your reservations please mention that you are a participant in the Colorado Invitational Bible Quiz Tournament at Woodside Baptist Church.

Reservation Cut-off Date:

 

The reservation cut off date is 2/3/14. This date is extremely important to attendees because after this date, any rooms not reserved, revert to the hotel’s inventory, to be sold at prevailing rates. This could mean that guest rooms and/or the negotiated group rate would not longer be available.
